(B) Working environment of catalytic converter
The catalytic converters install and work in the following limited scope:
1, Light-off temperature is approximately ¡Ü 230 ℃. The light-off temperature refers to the temperature of 50% conversion rate after warm-up adequately.
2, The catalytic converter will have the best anti-aging and conversion ability when the bed temperature is at between 300 ℃ to 700 ℃.
3, Bed temperature: 950 ℃ ~ 1050 ℃. |
